Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using VibeCheck Hub (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your credentials secure and ensuring that anyone using the account on your behalf complies with these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan repositories or systems you do not have authorization to assess.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security controls of the Service.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the code, configuration, and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your code or content to train AI or machine-learning models.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Scan packs are one-time purchases: they do not renew, they never expire, and they are non-refundable once purchased.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Scan findings are advisory and may contain false positives or miss real issues. You are responsible for reviewing findings and making your own engineering decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCheck Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
